Jake, the owner, is a quiet mild mannered man who knows how to treat his customers with courtesy and respect. From the first contact to the last I was impressed with his manner, knowledge and willingness to make this an easy process for me.
My beautiful car had received numerous dents and bruises from the recent hail storm. I had taken my car to another well known paintless dent repair shop and was not impressed by them, their prices or the fact that I had to make an appointment for a week into the future just to get an estimate. I dropped by 5 Star Hail, Jake came out and gave me an estimate on the spot, and it was significantly less than the one I had received from the "other" dent repair shop. Then, he said he could do the work next week AND in just one day. The "other" shop said I would have to wait 2 months and it would take 3-4 days for the repair, which meant I would have to rent a car. Being skeptical I asked him how he could possibly do all that work in one day... Jake simply said "I'm good and I'm fast."
I had the work done the following week and Jake completely stuck to his word. The work was completed in one day for the price he had quoted and my car looked fantastic, I really couldn't have been more pleased with the results or the customer service.
